Solarflare Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against Exablaze
IRVINE, CA—April 6, 2016—Solarflare, the leader in application-intelligent networking solutions, today announced that it has filed a complaint for patent infringement against Exablaze Pty. Ltd. in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
The complaint alleges patent infringement by Exablaze’s ExaNIC and Exasock products and seeks damages and a permanent injunction based on the following United States Patent numbers:
